She founded Performance Impacts, LLC in 2009, an organization and leadership development and strategy consulting firm, and has worked with large Fortune 500 companies to smaller, family-owned businesses and non-profit organizations. Her expertise includes change integration, organizational development, succession planning, culture strategy, executive coaching, leadership assessment, leadership and team development, and strategic planning. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation. She has an M.B.A. in Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University and B.A. in Psychology from The College of Wooster.
